Our Story
FreshChic is a Black-owned, women-owned business founded by a chic who knows all too well the struggles of navigating menstrual cycles without access to safe, healthy, and sustainable products.
As a young girl, our founder started her cycle at the age of 9 and was afraid of what was happening to her body. At the time, there were limited options available, and the products used were not only uncomfortable, but potentially harmful due to the unknown ingredients used.
Now, as an adult who suffers from heavy periods and fibroids, our founder is committed to providing women and young girls with access to safe and healthy menstrual products. She knows firsthand how important it is to take care of your body during your cycle and wants to ensure that every woman has access to high-quality products that promote healthy menstrual cycles.
As a mother of a 15-year-old daughter, our founder is also passionate about educating young girls and women on the importance of proper nutrition and self-care during their menstrual cycles. She believes that by providing access to healthy menstrual products, along with education and support, we can help young girls and women across the world have healthy and comfortable cycles.
